Children classes are closed during school holidays and the club is closed during
national holidays.
** Everyone wishing to fence on Wednesday, please talk to Mike first.
Grøndalcenter is the home of Mahaut Fægte Klub, but we are welcome to fence with them,
and Mike is there almost every week, so lessons are possible.

Children: (Ages 9-16) Currently all children fencers use
foil. Chldren Classes consist of:

10-15 minute playtime(hockey, etc) to warm up.

10 minutes of fencing footwork and stretching.

Then we "suit up" in protective gear, and fence.

1 or 2 trainers will give 1-on-1 lessons.

while the others free fence and fence with the electrical scoring machines.

Adults: (Ages 17-99) Includes Foil and Epee fencers (currently we don't
have any saber fencers, but they are welcome to join us). Adult training
consists of:
